I was duped by the store guy, who told me the store membership is not a credit

card, what can i do now? I went to reputed men's store while checking out the store representative asked me if I would like to open a store membership card, I asked him multiple times if its a credit card, even asked him if it will reflect my credit score/report. He said NO and convined me its like any ordinary membership card and NOT credit card. After opening I realized its a credit card. I believed the store representative and opened it 1 hour back. Is there anything I can do now against the store representative who gave me misleading information and also can I do anything not to reflect this information in my credit statements? Pls help. I was not applying for credit cards from last so many years to build credit history and this guy's one misleading information will spoil my score.
