| I have a public record for not paying credit card. Will I get arrested when...
...flying to USA from other country? I just found that my credit card company obtain a judgement in new york civil court and this show in my public record section of my credit reports. I am not a US citizen. Will I have trouble at the airport when I fly into USA? in addition, how do i solve this problem? do i call the civil court and pay them? or i call the credit card company? i can afford paying them this. i want to get rid of this trouble if i can just pay them. what will happen if i don't pay them?      |
