can you get a $20,000 mobile home loan with very poor credit? if so where?

i have very poor credit me and my fiance are trying to get a mobile home but she doesn't have enough credit and my credit is extremely horrable she tried to get a loan but she was denied for that reason we really could use some help. we also don't have anyone to co-sign for us
