I'm living on extra credits....?

I live in the notorious ghetto in the CHI. I now am living in Cabrini Greens. For all that don't know it is a famous housing project known for its gangs and drug trafficing. I'm only 14 and im trying to get out. so far i have been in numerous confrontations and fights. I have been cheated life a few times...getting shot...2 times... At this moment im trying to get out but i have 6 rival gangs in my neighbor hood. For me to try to get in one of the Education programs it would be a death wish what do i do???? Thanks
