Will college accept credits?

I'm planning on attending Daniel Webster College to get a degree in ATC. I don't want to pay the $40k/year for the first two years becasue those years are the core classes that I can take at any community or state college here in MA for free tuition. I was planning on getting an associates in something here which includes all of those classes(probably will have to be liberal arts). Once I get those out of the way I want to go up to DWC for the last 2 years to take the Air Traffic Control courses. My question is, will DWC accept all of those credits for the core classes from a Massachusetts State school or Community College?
