...file a case against me here? I was terminated from my work in Country X and I have an insurance shield on that bank that gave me credit card.after 4 years,they had located me here in country Y.My credit limit that time was 2000 and as the collection agent said,I have 11000 due to them already.What is the best thing I can do?I dont have money to pay that.

u made the debt. you have to pay the bill. simple as that.

Yes, they can sue in the courts of the country where you now live and, if they win and get a judgment, it will include the cost of tracking you down and suing you.

They'll then be able to garnish your wages or whatever other means the country you live in allows in order to collect.
