Minor pre-approved for a credit card?

I just got something in the mail from capital one saying that I was pre-approved and that i could get a credit limit up to $2,000 only problem is i am only 15. They said " We reviewed your credit information..."..lol..is this something i should worry about?..has someone used my SSN?
