Jonathan has a spectacular aura about
What would the minimum payment be on my credit card?

I got my first credit card last month.
It's a CapitalOne Platinum Mastercard (According to my billing statement)
I know I have 0% Interest or finance charges until August
Last month, I only charged $8 to it, and my minimum payment was $8.

But, this month I charged around $100 to it.
What will my minimum payment be?
(My credit limit is $500 if that means anything)
I dont know if this applys to my card, but I just searched for "Minimum payment on Capital One" and I found on capital one's website that said "How Do You Calculate My Minimum Payment?
Your minimum payment will be the greater of 3% of your outstanding balance or $15. If your balance is less than $15, your minimum payment will equal your balance."

I dont know if that applys to my card, or if that is just a Captial One thing for all cards..

I would belive you would have to check what applies to your card... like what is the min you can pay each month?? seeing how your not being charged intrest cause you have 0% for the first 6 months?? not sure... but find out what ur min is each month and add 3$ to it.. that would be the min .. with you sayin " 3% greater of a 15$ balance".. Coorect me if i am wrong.. i am still NEW to credit cards myself..
