A show over 10 yrs ago, in the begin. credits there was a woman, a house & a little

girl in a yellow raincoat? ok well in this show I can't remember much about it except the beginning credits. There was a brunette-haired woman (hair about shoulder length). The woman was around a house that looked like it was in the country. Then there was a little blonde girl with hair a little above the shoulders (I think) and she was wearing a yellow raincoat and a yellow hat that kinda went with the coat.
~~If someone could found out what the name of this show is, it would be greatly appreciated.~~
