Can I use an iTunes video credit to download Blue Harvest?

I received two credits on iTunes, each enabling me to purchase a television episode. However, I'm not sure if I'm allowed to download 'Family Guy: Blue Harvest' with one of the credits, as it is both a special episode and priced at $8.99, rather than the usual $1.99.
