How many Senior citizen are not filing to get rebate.?

I just found out that I could file even though I am on SS.
used one of the free e-filing website.
filed and accepted by IRs in less than 3 hours.

Not enough. Many seniors who are claimed as dependents are filing; seniors in other countries are filing (non-residents aren't eligible); seniors with less than $3K of benefits are filing, etc.

I sure hope that most seniors, especially low-income people, get the word and file so they can get the $300.
