medication by their doctor? I am concern about what is happening to our senior citizens, as well as, anyone who has suffered from or loss a family member or friend, as a result of a medical mishap.

Why, because my mother is 94 years of age, and on two occassions been given the wrong medication by her doctor of many years, and prescribe by her doctor the wrong medication administered by her attending nurse in the home.

I know of two other individuals and concerned that if there are two seniors who have had an experience of this nature, there may be more.

we all make mistakes

as we age, medications can have profound effects on us as it is not metabolized as easily and can form toxic levels in us.

i'm sorry that this has happened to your loved one.

maybe speaking with the doctor and ask for a list of meds that she is on. and research them.
