| are the powers that be that stupid, respect for referees ? try getting the yob culture out of society first.? if the kids don't learn respect and manners at home, how in hell are they going to have respect for an authority figure in a game ? they disrespect the law, police, the courts so why in world are they going to listen to a man in black who is the subject of abuse by most football crowds. for the older of the users if you have ever lambasted a ref infront of your son, you are part of the problem ! you play football by choice, likewise you watch football by choice, if they really want respect for refs, its easy zero tolerance, implement the 10 yard rule, use your red cards, tell the police to remove spectators who slag off the officals. I'LL NOW GET OFF MY SOAP BOX.      |
