If you have transportation go to your local nursing homes and give them your name and phone number and ask them to give your name and number to patients that are being discharged and looking for home health aides. There are lots of people that need sitters/companions for the elderly if they get discharged and need help such as getting bathed and getting dressed and routine daily care that does not require a license. If this is not what you are looking for please email me and I will be glad to help you do some research on looking for a job. We all need to try and help each other.

HomeDepot.com fill out the online application then go to the store and ask for a hiring manager. Tell that person you applied online and want to work. Keep going back until you get that job.

The Internet is not much help in finding a job. I wonder why you think there are jobs for senior citizens, rather than jobs in general. Employers are not supposed to discriminate on the basis of age. Write up a resume, listing your experience, qualifications and special skills, then think about what companies could use someone like you and start making phone calls. When you find someone who is interested, fax a copy of your resume to them and follow up in a couple of days to ask for an interview. You should be given the same opportunities as anyone else.

www.seniorjobbank.org is really the only I could find.

I'd suggest perusing the material in places where senior's noramlly meet. My parents are look for senior voluntters at their nonprofit organization, and they always leave flyers at the AARP club meeting place, and the library.
