| How is it fair and legal that senior citizens are allowed to have age-restriced neighborhoods? In live in central Florida, and you see a few age-restricted neighborhoods here and there. Apparently, you have to be over 55 to own a house there. Now how is that fair and just? How is that not discriminating? You can't put up a sign and say... only Hispanics allowed to own and live here or only Buddhists allowed to own deeds within this area? Is this simply due to the fact that old people have political power in Washington DC with lobbies and within their own regional governments? They actually have time and worry for such tedious processes as politics and laws?      |
