Is our country in a downward spiral about to crash?

My senior friends are always talking about how our country's economy is about to crash. Is this true?And is it also true if we let Obama become president, he will pull the troops out of Iraq, so a nuclear war will happen?

I think so. 10 Trillion in debt, and the republican presidential nominee promising to borrow alot more.

Not necessary if we do something about it. Why be satisfied with all junk coming from China, and pretend that our markets can't compete with the rest of the world?. There are things we can do, and that is not allowing other people to do things we can. If Mr Obama becomes the president, I'm confident that he can get the troops out of Iraq, but in my opinion that's going to be a big mistake, for we're already there(probably with the blessing of the Iraqi government) to take out Iran if needed, but let's wait and see.
