spyware, adware? HELP!!!!?

I have some sort of virus or something on my computer. my screen is blue and i cant see the start key. On the blue screen it says " Warning!! spyware detected on your computer!" Im scared, I cant hit Ctrl Alt Del, it says "task manager has been disabled by your administrater" What is wrong with my computer!!! Please computer geeks help me!! What can i do? I called best buy geek squad, and they told me to have it fixed would be 200 dollars, and they are not positive if they can get all my files, pictures and things like that safely off my laptop. please help!

Go to this website: http://www.superantispyware.com/superantispywarefreevspro.html. Download the software onto a flash drive, if you have one.Then reboot, hitting F8 continuously to go to Safe Mode. Run the software. It should clean things up for you.-MM
