How do I get rid of a computer virus known as Win32autorun.bo alias Obama Virus?

Recently, My computer has caught a virus from a removable flash drive from another computer. This virus replaced ctrl+alt+del which are shortcut keys for Taskmanger, with a Solitare game. This virus also will not allow me to run virus programs to get rid of it and minimizes other programs after a certain perod of time.The virus will also pop up an Obama ad ocassionally then close it out. Then a popup called "Windows File Protection" alerted me of a change in system file by "Win32autorun.bo". I do not know if windows file protection is also a side of effect of the virus or not, but it's how I found out the virus name. I have tried multple things such as going into safemode (in which the virus still appears) and defragmenting.How do I get rid of this virus, if it disallows me to run virus software? It has also disabled my firefox browser and even closes out my internet exsplorer If I type certain keywords. Is it possible to get rid of this virus and keep my files?
