| Brazil is mining and timber Canada is mining, timber and chemicals France is heavily agricultural, as is Australia. Both fill major needs, especially for beef, in their respective parts of the world. They're also major manufacturers of wine and specialty foods. Venezuela took advantage of their major oil reserves to create their international economy.      |
