| Which country treats people with disability's the best?
What I mean is in terms of looking aftha them. Giving heath care if need be, longer to learn if they need it, help looking and surporting them into work, benfits if unable to work, supporting them to make friends, join in activitys and so on.

Cuba has an excellent track record. The standard of living may not be as high as other places, but they put high priority on people with disabilities and children. An individual with a disability, or long-term medical condition, gets a special card so that they can get in first at resturants, stores etc. Like a "wheelchair parking pass", but for everything, not just priority parking. All medical coverage is covered for all residents in Cuba, as well as dental etc. |

I would say the United States is great most of the time. I don't know much what its like to live in England. The workforce in West Virginia is pretty great for work programs if the person is willing. They seem to be very supportive.
