why Black people are insensitive toward people with disability?

I asked for their help but they just won't give help.

I think you wiould be wrong if you tested this at a shopping mall. My daughter took a college course and they had to drop paperwork at the mall and record the people that helped.

Blacks helped more frequently than whites did. Try it.

I found several people who are insensitive to the diabled. To tell you the truth, I noticed that some younger people (no race included) talked awful about people with a disability. I suppose there are older people who feel this way too. I also noticed that people without disability don't seem as interested in Health Insurance.

Some people are just rude and insensitive... they can be black, white, brown, or green. It's not nice to generalize people. You should know that!
