I do a little bit of everything.

It depends on what the person likes to do. I like to act and do music but I also enjoy swimming , wall climbing and the outdoors.

Why not try all and then you can decide what you like best. I think a sport would be better though, it keeps them more active and better physically fit.

Well the cliché is that disabled people do art, but I figure they can do whatever they feel the best doing. I love singing and making jewelry, but I also love outdoor activities. For those that are very into sports, the Paralympic athletes are pretty badass. I have lots of admiration for those guys and gals. There are numerous organizations out there where you can learn about adaptive sports. Just Google "adaptive sports" and you'll get a lot of information.

But then again, if you like making pretty sparkly jewelry, then rock on with that too :-)

I think both are great!! I think that will depend on the persons interests and their ability/injury level.
There are so many varied activities out there, there's something for everyone.
