| i pulled my hamstring in dance!? about 3 weeks ago i was doing i kick and i heard a crack. i pulled my hamstring and i have a dance competition on april 18. i need to speed up my recovery. what should i do?      |

| Happened to me twice. Every day, heat pack for 10 mins, after that do 20 mins of Ice. Stretch as muchhh as possible. Also see a Physical THerapist right away if it's that urgent and that bad. Hope this helps. |
