Pole dancing?

I'm 12 and I seriously wanna poledance. I know it sounds like I'm a slut or something, but I'm not. I seriously think it's fun *sometimes I do it on basketball hoops or something to joke around with my friends* and before I heard that it was a good way to exercise. I have seen professional pole dancers do it on TV and the internet and I actually think it looks kind of.....graceful. Do you think I can do it at my age, or should I wait a few years? Does anyone know and good ways to learn, good companies *to teach me*, etc?? Plz, no negative comments.
I dont get why it would be illegal to do it at my age, I mean as long as I keep my clothes on its kinda like gymnastics, but are there any other kinds of dancing things I could do, that are even a little simular to that?
Alisa- A slut is a person who has sex a lot. How does pole dancing make me an "icky slut"? The only reason I used the word slut in my original question is because there's immature people like you that go around calling people sluts for likeing something like pole dancing that isn't slut-ish at all.
