so at this school dance, this girl kissed my boyfriend, he told her to get off of him, and the thing is, she knows im going out with him, should i tell her off?

I'm a very passive person but this would annoy me. She knew he was taken and completely disrespected you. But it's great that your boyfriend was strong enough to say no...

anyway, my advice is to wait. If it was just a once off thing then let it go, but if she keeps making moves on him then have a chat to her and say that you don't appreciate it etc etc.
