There's no specific way, but there are different styles. Try watching a hip-hop video on youtube.

youtube teaches u the steps plus its free..... in highschool take dance,... or go 2 any dancing ur welcome XD

well, just like any music hip-hop has a beat or rhythm. just move to the beat of the music and follow the music, make new dance moves and have fun lol
