DANCE TRYOUTS? WHAT TO DO? WHAT SONG to USE??

I am gonna tryout for a dance team. I've never been on a dance team before. (When I was in like first grade I did dancing as an extracurricular but thats it) I dont know any dance terms or anything, but I think I can do it.
Will I need to know any terms for the tryouts??

What do I do at the tryouts? What song should I use? (must be absolutely clean)

Im 11

the tryouts are like March 13 I think
