| need some help with dance :)? i can't do splits, or leaps. and i need to learn. but, how? i know lots and lots of stretching, but can you give some specific stretches that WORK? i have 4 1/2 to 5 months to get these two things down pretty perfectly. so please help!! for leaps: if you could go over everything you should think about when you do the leap, that might help. i've danced before, but never gotten the splits or leaps down. so i'm determined to do this ! please help me  thanks in advance       |
