If she is dancing more than likely she will ignore you but when she is not with her friends then ask to buy her a drink and just talk. Don't go and just start dancing with her when she is with her friends cause the guys that are pervs usually do that.

this is actually pretty easy!

Just start a conversation with ALL of the group just dont single out one person. Start like complimenting one of them, then perhaps if they are all from around that area. Maybe you just say "all you ladies look gorgeous tonite" ect! After you get in on the group it would b a good idea to dance with all of them (at once of course) dont single one girl out just yet. This is probably the moment ware you genna be in a grind train! (if its this sorta dance place) and then perhaps after the dance you can approach the girl you were originally intrested in and go from there.
