Wear a sports bra or camisole under your white, because your white shirt will be totally see through under the black lights. How about a flowy peasant blouse? And a swirly white skirt?

get a glow in the dark fabric marker and write FUCK really big on your shirttt

then when the glow in the dark lights come on say, "oh, i wasnt expecting that"
