how do you make 4 sims dance at once and start a party?

this game is "the sims 2" and it is on ps2. my sim wants to throw a party but idk how.

you dance then you start telling people to join

select the phone and then chose throw party. to make them dance, buy a stereo, select the sim that u want to dance and then click dance. you can either select another sim and then click on the dancing sim and chose join, or you can select the dancing sim, and click on another sim and chose ask to join
