I'm having trouble dancing In a club and letting loose any tips?

I'm a awesome dancer around my friends or house partys and I can move like crazyyy but when it comes to the club I feel lost like hmm and it feels like i forgot to dance I feel I have no rhythm and all my friends sit there and like claudia what the hell move girl and i really feel like i forgot to dance...

get some confidence!! if you know deep inside you are a good dancer, then beleive in that when your at the clubs and just dance!! have fun with it!!
