| dance dance revolution and weight?
SO Im A large person, Im 5'7 and 200lb, Im not good at exercise but Im pushing myself, my question is will ddr help me lose weight? In addition to doing ddr, I jog on the spot for about 20-30 minutes, and then I doo 200 leg exercises(200 per leg) amd 300 sit ups, I want to looks good for my grad on may 10th, any suggestions?
