| How to get my parents to let me dance? Jenny. Sixteen. I found passion for dancing. Problem: > My mother is stubborn; doesn't believe in dance or art > My mother is totally against hip-hop/breakdance styles (which I want to learn) > Dance studios are at least a 30-45 minute drives away > When I even mention "I want to dance", she stops speaking to me > I don't have my license yet On the other side: + I have a good freelance artist job that pays good money (~$14/hr) + I've never asked or begged my parents for something or to buy something; this is the first thing I'm asking for in a decade + Straight A student, +4.0 GPA, 5 AP classes at the moment Really brief, to the point--but really in need of help!
