The Communists used to have a candidate on each presidential election up and into the early 1990's. Then they stopped and a reporter asked the head of the American communist party why they stopped. He stated that they no longer require to run a candidate because the Democrat party had adopted most of the communist party platform....Think about it.

You do realize that even the Communist Party is not truly Communist as it was set up to be? Also you do realize that The Former Soviet Union has had troubles; leading to a more Capitalistic Russia? Besides we are a Representative Democracy. Vote for whomever you like. Our votes are only taken as a kind of suggestion. The Electoral College decides who will be President.
