This is ridiculous. Hillary already knows she will lose Texas on Tuesday so she wants to sue the Texas democratic party over the way Texas apportions delegates.

Politics 101, Hillary: It's the Texas Democratic Party's right to pick its nominee however it wants, whether that be caucus, votes or marbles dropped in a jar. It's also their right to apportion delegates however they see fit.

Hillary, you are their guest, not their boss.

The reason is apparent: Davis was a known communist who belonged to a party subservient to the Soviet Union.
