Should the democratic party redo the primary elections in Florida and Michigan?

Should the democratic party redo the primary elections in Florida and Michigan?

I think it would be completely unfair to leave these two states out, or to not even have Obama on Michigan's ballot. What would be better than elections on the Fourth of July. What do you guys think?
