Does the democratic party seem less democratic than the republican party?

Republicans voting in the primaries choose their candidates and the delegates of each state is allocated accordingly. However the democrats have all of this garbage of caucuses, and super delegates. It seems that the people in the democratic party have less of a voice then their republican counterparts.
