Lisa has a spectacular aura about
Who else believes that the democratic party is more divided than ever?

The democrats will never win the general election with such a divided democratic party and the fact that the republican happens to be a socially liberal republican. I myself, believe that if McCain picks another moderate as his running-mate, he will seal the deal. The ultra conservatives who have not been 100% supportive of McCain would still vote for McCain over a liberal democrat, but moderate democrats will easily vote for a moderate Republican if they don't like the other democratic candidate. Who thinks that Clinton and Obama should just cut their losses and run together? That way they would get all the democrats on the same page...sort of.
I think some people are unaware of the rift many democrats have with Obama for his leftist agenda. I am a moderate democrat but I will never rally around Obama and I will vote for McCain if Obama is the nominee. My fellow moderates that I know are planning to do the same. This may not reflect everyone but I know many others like me feel this way.
