How can we as the democratic party not allow the votes from Florida and Michigan?

The primary time tables were set by the state governments not the voters in these primaries. I'm not sure how the DNC can disallow these votes from members of our own party when they had no choice in this matter. A more equitable response to me would be to allow these votes and then have the DNC go after the state governments legally for moving the dates. The Florida primary had neither candidate campaigning in the state, therefore the playing field could not have been any more fair and level. In Michigan ALL candidates were on the ballot until Edwards and Obama CHOSE to remove there names.. In hindsight probably NOT a very smart move. Come on people get real. Regardless of who looks the best on a podium and who recites the nicest words we need to look at the fact of who actually has a chance of being elected in November. For the first time in 24 years I am actually considering voting for a Republican candidate.... or worse yet... NOT voting at all.. HELP!
