Will the Democratic party be split apart?

The Dems have no chance of winning this election regardless of who becomes the nominee. Both supporters of Hillary and Obama hate each other ( just look at the questions posted on Yahoo Answer). So it looks like 1/3 of the democrats will switch to vote for McCain come Novemeber. The Dems have ruin there chance of winning.
