Is the Democratic party taking the high road in not prosecuting the Bush

administration? As the list of prosecutable crimes by this administration grows, is the Democratic party acting in the best interests of this nation and transcending partisan politics for the greater good (i.e. let's just get these ay-holes out of here and fix the country while there's still time)? Or, are they shirking their responsibility and leaving the door open to future rogue administrations? What is the right thing to do?
