Allen Chapter December NewsletterTurkey Dinner: Our annual Turkey Dinner fundraiser is Saturday, 18 November. DeMolays are to be at the Temple at 3:30 to finish set up. We will be serving from 5 to 6:30 pm. If you have not already turned in your unsold tickets and money, bring them to the dinner.
Day of comfort: November 20^th is scheduled as the food basket distribution day for our day of comfort. Talk to John to help purchase the food.
Next Term Officer Nominations: We will nominate the officers for the next term at the November 28^th regular meeting. For those of you wanting appointed positions, talk to the newly elected Master Councilor as soon after the November 28^th meeting as you can to get the office you want.
Regional Event at Dubuque Masonic Temple: Iowa DeMolay’s NE Region will hold a regional event in Dubuque on Saturday, 2 December. It will start with a long for initiation. Then there will be a pool tournament and other activities. Plan on being at the Temple starting at 1:00 PM.
Skating at Coral Ridge Mall: Mark your calendars for Saturday, December 9^th. This is always a popular event. Planning will be finished at the November 28^th meeting.
Holiday party at Temple: December 26^th, take part in the upcoming planning if possible.
Fall Tailgate, Dad Land Day, Halloween Party: Everyone who went to these events had a good time. Plan on them for next year.
