Dental Advice Please!!!!?

ok my teath r not bad... but i would want a better smile... so i want to kno i heard n have read but im still not sure if t is true... is there such thing as dental implants (LOL) god i sound stupid... jejejejeje
but fo real i want to kno is there such thing that u kan get a surgery done like taking out all ur real teeth n puting on sum white fake ones that no matter wat u eat n how much u smoke they just wont stain????
cuz if not ill just get braces n a whitning (LOL)
but cum on we all want to have a nice shiny white smile...

Implants stain too. My teeth stain alot do to my coffee drinking habit, but my dentist has a special machine that shoots out baking soda to remove stains. It has to be done every 3 months for me.

look i have braces for one thing and after they come off i get a 2 month whitening system... but it is basically because of what u eat as for the stains. also never do crest white strips or any whitening strips they say they dont but they all eat the enamil right off ur teeth untill ur teeth become too thin then u r going to have to have dental implants and yes they are a real thing that many people turn to but they are as expenise as i dont know!!!!!

Yes, they have dental implants they drill the teeth into your jaw you never take them out. They are just like real teeth, so you still have to whiten them cause they will stain.
