Please Help! I had dental surgery done and I'm pregnant (15wks).?

The surgery was on Friday (today is Sunday). I don't experience any pain, but my face looks like I've been punched all day. It's about double my normal size.
I just want to know if this is normal, I've had other procedures done in the past, but never had this reaction.
Also is there anything safe I can do to bring the swelling down.
I will be calling the dentist tomorrow.
