Is there a celebrity who died after a dental appt?

I know I read about it once - it was a man, and probably back in the 50's or 60's. I think it was a singer. At first I thought Bobby Darin, but that's definitely not it. It was someone who had heart trouble and forgot to take his pre-med antibiotic before going to the dentist, and it killed him. It's driving me crazy to remember who it was.

In December, James Brown was in Atlanta for a routine dental appointment when a new health problem was detected. On 24 December, he was admitted to Atlanta’s Emory Crawford Long Hospital and was treated for "severe pneumonia" where he died.
