My boyfriends ex wife is taking him to court because he can't afford to pay child

support and the dental bills Every week child support is taken out of his check and he also provides for her very well as far as school supplies, clothes and recreational things that kids do. What are the usual guidelines on paying for dental if the ex claims her every year on taxes and he only sees her every other weekend?

Best to ask someone you know who's divorced in your state. Its different state by state.

It all depends on what was decided in their divorce decree. If it was his responsibility to pay for half of "medical" bills, then dental falls into that category.
