i live in johnson city tennessee and can't find a dental school that works on...

...peoples teeth. can you help me? my husband needs alot of surgical extractions done but we can't afford the high payment. we do have insurance but we still need to find a dentist that offers payment plans because the out of pocket costs is still in the thousands. can you help me find a dental school or dentist that can help me?
