My ex wife has been meeting with lawyers, our divorce has been finished for 3 yrs. Is she up to something??

I can understand your feelings. I would keep receipts of everything, since this is obviously getting ugly. Receipts for everything, food expenses, diapers, etc. So when she does ask for child support, you will have proof that she is a liar, and that she hasn't paid one single penny and she's only paying 1100, last time I checked it was based on income. I don't know her income but if its more than 50k, 1100 is unacceptable. You have 4 children not 1. Keep receipts of the home equity loan, how much u have paid, and how much she owes u. So, if she does start something you'll have proof to deny her baseless accusations. I'm sorry man, your probably going through a really rough time, but I think you should go to the lawyers, and get information on how to counteract anything. Just get some advice.

If she's meeting with lawyers she's probably up to something no good, since all lawyers are jerks (JK). You might find out what kind of lawyer; if a divorce attorney or domestic relationship type attorney, she's probably going against you for less money or custody, etc.

You need to hire a lawyer if you don't already have one.....and fast! It sounds to me like she wants to raise some of those kids with the good doctor. And if I were you, maybe you could have a judge reevaluate her "child support" because that's not a fair amount if what she's paying is her old bills, and it's not benefiting the kids. Get with an attroney, fast, and be prepared, for her to try to change the custody, and grabb the home out from you.Don't trust her ANYMORE...

I'm betting she's going to try and get more custody, or get money from you. I don't know but it's annoying because my mom and dad got divorced when I was 7 and my mom had an affair on my dad. The whole escapade was really annoying and one blaming the other and the other blaming them back. Whatever you do, make sure you tell your kids that everything will be fine and never ever ever, I can't stress this enough, never bad mouth their mother. Even if you hate her or begin to, she's still their mother and when one of my parents do that, it makes me feel 1/2 ugly to them, after all your kids are half her.good luck and i think you will win whatever case she tries to pull
