whats going to happend? dental.?

i need to go to dentist but im terrified i have insurance but i think im going to need a crown on my front tooth. the filling fell out 2 years ago and i never got it back now there is a hole in the back and you can see it in the front its black. what will happend will they pull it out or fit a crown. also how much will this cost.thanks so much.

root canal and crown if tooth is strong enough...around $500..but your insurance will at least pay half or more
